RASPBERRY SPINACH SMOOTHIE BOWL


Combination of veggies and fruits in smoothie bowl in just perfect. The main ingredients are raspberries, bananas and spinach - if you´re not used to eat i, add it step by step. I also add hemp powder and coconut oil to have healthy fats represented. Top with seeds, nuts and fruits of your choice. The amount is for 2 portions / or 1 for a hungry one /.
Ingrediencie
80 g frozen raspberries
2 bananas
spinach / 2 handfulls /
2 tsp hemp powder
1 tsp coconut oil
topping:
pumpkin seeds
sunflower seeds
hemp seeds
raspberries / or any other berries/
spinach / optional /
Postup

Add all the ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.

Top with seeds and berries of your choice.
