BAKED POTATOES WITH THYME AND SESAME
This recipe is so easy to make and so tasty... coconut oil makes potatoes really delicious. I usually use himalayan salt, that contains lots of trace elements. Ýou can serve as side dish, but also as main dish together with my beetroot spread.
Few stems of thyme
1 – 2 Tbsp coconut oil
Peel carrot and potatoes and cut into thin slices. Cut well washed zucchini into thin slices as well.
Transfer vegetables to baking sheet, add coconut oil, salt and stir to combine.
Put vegetables in oven and bake until soft.
Add thyme about 10 minutes before the end of baking.
Once done, season with sesame.
Best when fresh.
