CARROT NUT PRALINES



These yummy pralines contain only the best - carrot, nuts, raisins, coconut - all raw, unprocessed and healthy. Be sure not to serve it to people with nut allergies, but if you don´t have any problems with nuts, be sure you won´t stay only by one piece.
Ingrediencie
1 cup carrot
1 cup raisins
2 cups walnuts
½ cup shredded coconut
Sweetener of choice /agave syrup / honey / maple syrup
Cinnamon
½ Tbsp water
Chocolate
Butter / coconut oil
Postup

Add carrot, raisins and walnuts to food procesor. Pulse until well chopped.

Add shredded coconut, sweetener, pinch of cinnamon and water and pulse until well combined.

Add themixture to prepared pralines mold or roll into little balls and transfer to refrigerator.

Meanwhile, meltchocolate and butter / coconut oli / over a double boiler.

Pick up each praline and dip into the melted chocolate.

Keep in the refrigerator.
