This banana icecream is so simple to make! You don´t even need icecream maker and you need only one ingredient - frozen banans. It´s quick, simple and healthy. 


4 bananas /frozen, at least 4 hours/

1 Tbsp maple syrup /optional/

30 g dark chocolate / or raw chocolate/

1 – 2 Tbsp walnuts /hazelnuts/


  1. Chop bananas into small pieces, put it in the plastic container and put in freezer. Freeze at least 4 hours. If freezed overnight, defrost bananas for a while.

  2.  Add bananas to food procesor or blender and blend until it smooths out into soft ice cream. 

  3. Serve with toasted nuts on top and melted chocolate drizzled over.

  4. Eat imidiatelly.
