HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE


This homemade raw chocolate is absolutely perfect. Maybe you ask if it´s worth making chocolate at home, but it really is! Your own chocolate will be raw and full of nutrients, non-procesed, healthy and really delicious. You can make your own variations by adding nuts, seeds, raisins and create many many versions.
Ingrediencie
1 cup cocoa butter
1 cup cocoa
7 Tbsp agave syrup / maple syrup, honey /
1 vanilla bean

Heat small pot over small heat.

Add chopped cocoa butter and let melt.

Set aside from fire to ensure the butter is not overheated.

Repeat until cocoa butter is melted.

Cut vanilla pod into halves, scrape the seeds and add to melted butter.

Add cooca powder and sweetener. The amount of sweetener depends on your taste and type of sweetener so be careful not to sweeten it too much.

Transfer chocolate into praline mold.

Put in refrigerator.
