This beetroot spread is suitable mainly for beetroot lovers. It´s so variable, you can use it as side dish to many meals. Horseradish and beetroot make perfect and healthy combination.
1 ½ cup beetroot /preserved, cooked/
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp horseradish
Ground black pepper
Add onion and beetroot to food processor and process until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and process to combine.
Use freshly ground black pepper for the best flavor.
Serve as spread or use as side dish to rice, potatoes or other meals.
